Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our Sandton warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

2. Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days for Gauteng and 3–4 days for the rest of South Africa via Courier Guy or RAM. Remote areas may require additional time.

3. Carriers

We ship using South Africa Post or trusted courier partners. The carrier may vary depending on your address and selected service.

4. Tracking & issues

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us via Contact Us with your order reference and we will assist you.
